The associate is responsible for administering associate benefit programs, including health insurance, wellness programs, voluntary plans, HIPP, Medicaid, Medicare, and other associate perks within Workday. This role involves processing benefit enrollments, changes, qualifying life events, and terminations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements in Workday and vendor databases. The associate will work closely with HR and payroll departments to ensure seamless integration of benefits-related processes with payroll deductions, arrears, recoup, and refunds by providing EIB to adjust contributions. Additionally, the associate will collaborate with external benefit providers and insurance brokers to manage benefit plans and resolve associate inquiries or vendor discrepancies.
