Requirements

  • Customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required — full training is provided

Responsibilities

  • Connect with members who have requested information about their benefits
  • Conduct virtual consultations to review available options
  • Explain programs clearly and professionally
  • Assist families through the enrollment and digital documentation process
  • Maintain accurate records while following compliance standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
