This position focuses on education, client support, and long-term relationship building — not high-pressure sales. You’ll work in a fully virtual environment, connecting with people who have requested information and helping them understand protection options that align with their needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients
• Learn about client goals and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Clearly explain products and processes in a professional, easy-to-understand manner
• Assist with application completion and documentation
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients as needed
• Participate in training, coaching, and team development sessions
