About The Position
The Benefits Program Partner role is a key component of the Benefits Team, which is part of the Talent Team. At Netflix, we take a distinctive approach to our benefits philosophy, creating and implementing programs that align with our unique culture. This role is part of a Global Benefits team composed of curious, collaborative, and passionate members. We take great pride in supporting our employees through our benefit offerings. The position is responsible for managing benefit programs that serve our talent across the U.S. and Canada.
