About The Position

The Benefits Program Coordinator at Glidewell Dental is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing internal events that align with organizational goals and enhance employee engagement. This role involves managing budgets, engaging stakeholders, and overseeing logistics for various programs while ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments. The coordinator also serves as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits and wellness programs, providing support and guidance on policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum one (1) year of work experience in a Human Resources environment, preferably in Benefits or related experience.
  • Project management and/or event planning experience is highly preferred.

  • Bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, or Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events to align with organizational goals and employee engagement objectives.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain positive professional relationships with internal team members, employees, vendors, and contractors.
  • Act as a liaison between employees, vendors, and leadership to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Leverage diverse communication channels to increase awareness and engagement in employee benefits and wellness programs.
  • Develop engaging content to promote initiatives, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational values.
  • Research industry trends and make recommendations for program enhancement and activities.
  • Serve as point-of-contact for employees regarding benefits, retirement plans, and other health and welfare benefits.
  • Administer assigned Leaves of Absence types and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Act as a resource for Management, Payroll, and HR Contacts regarding benefit policies and regulations.
  • Complete administrative duties including processing change requests for employee benefits records.
  • Research and resolve employee complaints related to health and welfare plans.
  • Assist in the administration of the Rideshare Program and Dental Authorization Forms.
  • Plan and execute internal HR events, including benefits fairs and wellness activities.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with a pay range of $24.00 to $33.00/hr.
