The position is remote, with occasional travel for client meetings and networking events.
Requirements
- Life & Health (L&H) license required
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (1-6 years preferred)
- Proficiency in EPIC and Salesforce software
- Strong character, ethical mindset, cultural alignment with the organization, and a growth-oriented attitude
- Willingness to travel within Illinois for client meetings and relationship-building activities
Responsibilities
- Drive new business opportunities and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries, including banking, manufacturing, restaurants, and retail
- Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Actively network within the community to generate leads and expand the client base
- Manage both cold and warm leads to develop a robust sales pipeline
- Utilize EPIC and Salesforce software to manage client information and sales activities
