As a Benefits Manager, you'll lead the operations and compliance reporting for Wix's benefits program, ensuring excellence in benefits administration and operational management of Wix's employee benefits programs. In your day-to-day, you will lead all benefit operations and compliance reporting for our US and Canada employees. You will ensure compliance with federal and state regulations including but not limited to ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, ACA and 1095-C reporting. You will collaborate with Finance and HR leadership on benefit programs, bringing employee feedback and recommendations for renewals. You will own annual open enrollment efforts and process ensuring a seamless employee experience, clear communication, support and compliance. You will partner with internal teams such as HR, compensation & benefits, legal counsel, operations, and others to ensure policy compliance while fostering an engaging employee experience and strong company culture. You will manage vendor and broker relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery and value. You will analyze and reconcile benefit invoices to ensure accuracy, manage all benefits audits and testing, and administer employees' leave programs, including Disability, FMLA, Parental and Personal to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local agencies. Finally, you will develop and deliver effective employee education and communications to enhance understanding of our benefit plans.
