We are adding a HR Operations and Benefits Senior Manager to our growing Human Resource division in Seattle, Washington.

  • Coach and lead staff in the People Services area, enhancing the experience of our employees and managers through operational excellence.
  • Work with benefits broker on management of vendor relations and service levels.
  • Oversee service culture, approach and response to employee and manager questions.
  • Manage the work of the team ensuring accuracy and timely completion of work.
  • Recommend process documentation and workflow improvement.
  • Act as liaison to the larger HR Ops team ensuring alignment with department strategy and roadmap.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations to HR Ops Director.
  • 5 years' experience managing people required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency for all the responsibilities of an HR Generalist including benefits, HRIS, Onboarding, and compliance required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • PHR/SPHR or equivalent experience required.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in Human Resources required.
  • Working knowledge of Federal, state, and local Employment law required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
  • Strong communication skills required, to include ability to express self-both written and verbal, ability to draw discussions to conclusion, and ability to speak in front of a group and interact with senior company leaders.
