About The Position
Spring Education Group is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to oversee the administration and management of our employee benefits programs for a large organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in group benefits and 401(k) administration, strong leadership and management skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience in leaves of absence, ADA management, and workers' compensation administration. As a Benefits Manager, you will ensure a robust offering of benefit plans, maintain compliance with regulations, and provide strategic insights to leadership on trends and opportunities for improvement.
