About The Position
As a member of the Americas Benefits Team, you will manage U.S. workers' compensation along with occupational and non-occupational leave and time-off programs across the U.S., Canada and Latin America, ensuring compliance with regulations and effective coordination of employee cases. This role requires frequent collaboration with multiple functional areas across the organization as well as external vendor partners.
