About The Position
The Benefits Lead is responsible for developing and managing health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and various wellbeing programs for Accenture in the US and Canada. This role involves leading the US Benefits Committee, overseeing the implementation and administration of benefits plans, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Benefits Lead will also manage a team of over 20 benefits professionals and support client relationships within the health and financial industries.
