Requirements
- Have strong data entry or administrative experience (3+ years)
- Are extremely detail-oriented
- Enjoy catching errors and solving problems
- Pick up systems quickly
- Can manage multiple tasks without losing accuracy
Responsibilities
- Process enrollments and changes
- Verify carrier updates
- Keep systems aligned
- Investigate discrepancies
- Manage retro adjustments
- Resolve carrier issues
- Prepare enrollment reports
- Support audits
- Maintain clean data
- Partner with Account Managers and Account Executives
- Support Open Enrollment
- Communicate with carriers and clients
