We are searching for a strategic benefits professional who can take our current program to the next level. Position Summary The Benefits Director will lead the administration of our health & welfare benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, life, AD&D, flexible spending, 401(k), etc.) and will provide comparative benefit analyses, cost containment strategies and creating new benefit initiatives.

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree
  • 10-12 years benefits administration experience
  • proactive, strategic thinking with the ability to get things done
  • detailed knowledge on self-funded healthcare plans, regulatory compliance, wellness strategies, vendor negotiations, disability and leave management
  • managed programs for over 1,000+ employees

  • prior experience with M&A activity
  • ADP WFN
  • ERISA & ACA compliance (recordkeeping and reporting)
  • self-billing (MetLife)
