The Benefits Director will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing the overall strategy for employee benefits in the United States, including retirement, healthcare, wellness, and leave policies. This includes collaborating with internal and external partners on administration, communications, and compliance of our benefits plans. The successful candidate will be able to effectively engage with all levels of the organization, including leadership, and provide support to the global HR team on benefits related matters as needed. This position will be based out of our New York City headquarters at Rockefeller Center and will report to the Managing Director of Human Capital Management responsible for corporate HCM functions. This position will manage one HCM team member responsible for disability and leave policy administration.
