Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the analysis review and validation of the information included in the Health Insurance Contract and/or Financial Proposal and related documentation to ensure that all elements are considered, including those related to the benefits sold or renewed for each client.
  • Review and validate that the premium rates entered or modified in the rating tool are accurate and complete in accordance with the contract and related documentation before it is released in the system.
  • Interact proactively with account executives and other parties involved in the negotiation process to clarify doubts related to the negotiations and other matters.
  • Provide and generate reporting data from different sources, developed in excel or any other analytic tool with database management capabilities.
  • Assist supervisor and department in new projects or initiative developments.
  • Identify areas to improve the processes of the unit, the documentation used or any other that may impact its performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree in Business Administration, preferably with a major in Management or Accounting.
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience, preferably with health industry.
  • Associate's Degree with 60-64 college credits and 3 to 5 years of experience preferably with health insurance industry.
