This opportunity entails being responsible for providing administrative and tactical benefits support as part of the HR Solutions Center. Supports benefits programs through communicating with employees and maintaining accurate data in the HR information system.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in relevant field, or In lieu of degree, 2 years relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary point of contact in the HR Solutions Center for all benefit-related questions and provide accurate, thorough, and timely information.
  • Reviews benefit changes in Workday, including new enrollments and terminations, and approving them according to established rules and polices.
  • Reviews monthly invoices and billing reports to ensure payments to vendors are accurate.
  • Processes and prepare monthly vendor invoices for payment, timely and collaboratively with corporate finance.
  • Schedules and coordinates firmwide biometric screening events and flu shot clinics, including vendor coordination and communication with offices and employees.
  • Processes all Long-Term Care enrollments, election changes and terminations.
  • Performs routine audits to ensure employee benefit records are up-to-date and accurate, including identifying and resolving data discrepancies within Workday and with insurance carriers and vendors.
  • Completes employment verifications as needed, including requests to verify benefits enrollment or loss of benefits coverage, and Medicare CMS-L564.
  • Manages the ordering and distributing of new hire welcome kits and related materials to offices across the firm.
  • Oversees compliance as it relates to dependent verification documentation, including ensuring timely submission and accurate review of documentation to verify dependents’ eligibility for benefits.
  • Prepares the bi-weekly payroll Health Savings Account (HSA) funding request and ensuring accurate and timely transfer of funds.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
