The Benefits Coordinator will provide comprehensive services related to public benefits, including SNAP, Medicaid, cash assistance, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and the Women, Children, Infant (WIC) program. The role focuses on ensuring clients are enrolled based on their eligibility within required time frames, as mandated by the Reception and Placement (R&P) Cooperative Agreement. This position requires close collaboration with caseworkers, employment specialists, the Department of Economic Security (DES), and other local stakeholders to effectively support clients in accessing necessary public benefits.
