About The Position

Inspire Brands is seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate the administration of health and welfare plans across multiple HRIS or payroll systems. This role involves initiating and overseeing payroll interfaces between various Inspire Brands, Inc. companies and assigned benefit vendors, as well as contributing to the design, development, and implementation of the Annual Enrollment process. The successful candidate will administer and coordinate company-funded benefit programs, ensuring accurate communication of programs, setting up coverage, maintaining payment history, and terminating coverage as necessary. Additionally, the role includes tracking payroll-related details for audit purposes and managing Medical, Military, and Family Medical Leaves of Absence, Short Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability applications. The position requires timely responses to inquiries from current and former employees, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating closely with Human Resources staff to ensure seamless administration of benefit programs. The candidate will also verify accuracy in processing benefit-related payroll transactions and coordinate changes with assigned vendors, while participating in the coordination of Annual Enrollment for group benefits and educating employees about available benefits.
