• Design customized benefit plans aligned with individual client goals
• Respond promptly to inquiries to ensure a positive client experience
• Utilize referral and networking strategies to expand your client base
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and company standards
• Manage appointments and client records accurately and efficiently
