About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Benefits Consultants to meet virtually with clients and help them access personalized insurance solutions. No cold calling is required. All appointments are scheduled with individuals who have requested assistance.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Goal-oriented, self-managed, and dependable
- Comfortable using Zoom and cloud-based tools
- U.S. work authorization and reliable internet
Responsibilities
- Host virtual consultations via Zoom
- Evaluate client needs and provide tailored benefit options
- Educate clients on policy details and assist with enrollment
- Maintain accurate digital documentation
- Collaborate with peers and attend weekly training sessions
