As the Benefits & Compensation Specialist is responsible for supporting the Benefits Manager and Human Resources Leadership in administering, analyzing, and supporting SCCU’s benefits and compensation programs to ensure competitive, compliant, and Teamâfocused offerings. This role requires analytical capabilities, Excel proficiency, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
