About The Position
Atlas Energy Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Benefits & Compensation Analyst to support the administration of our employee benefit programs and contribute to compensation analysis. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and compliant processing of health, welfare, leave, and retirement benefits, while also supporting compensation benchmarking, job evaluations, and pay structure initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. This role will be based onsite at our Headquarters in Austin, TX.
