Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, the Benefits & Compensation Administrator is responsible for the maintenance of all associate records in the HRIS, as well as administering employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, disability, leave of absence programs and wellness initiatives. This role also supports compensation-related activities such as data integrity, reporting, and coordination with payroll. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality, while serving as the primary point of contact for Solve associates regarding benefits inquiries and leave management. This position collaborates closely with vendors, payroll, and HR leadership to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience.
