This role supports prior authorizations and renewals, resolves claim and billing issues with payers and suppliers, and helps families understand coverage details, costs, and timelines while delivering accurate, timely support. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required, college coursework a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Outlook & Excel
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain, organize and present information
• Ability to handle multiple tasks as assigned.
• 2-5 years experience in health insurance, DME, or nutrition-related billing
• Experience with enteral nutrition, medical foods, or DME coverage
• Strong payer coordination and advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Navigate insurance coverage policies for pediatric nutrition and enteral feeding
• Verify benefits for formula and related DME
• Support prior authorizations, renewals, and benefit limits
• Resolve claim denials and billing issues with payers and DME suppliers
• Help families understand coverage, costs, and renewal timelines
