Assist FCS clients with applying, navigating, and understanding insurance benefits. Serve as the agency's insurance expert and liaison between clients and staff to maximize reimbursement. This is a client-facing position, not an internal HR or employee benefits role. As a Benefits and Eligibility Specialist, this position combines strong computer skills with client interaction to help individuals navigate Medicaid, Medicare, and other insurance options while ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
