Join HERE Technologies as a Total Rewards Analyst, where you'll be a vital part of our Global Total Rewards Team. Reporting to the Total Rewards Manager, you'll coordinate our benefits programs' day-to-day operations and administration in the US and Canada. This includes managing retirement plans, government reporting, plan audits, Affordable Care Act reporting, DOL filings, Open Enrollment, and time-off programs.

  • Manage Defined Contribution Retirement Plans (401k, DPSP, etc.) and ensure all programs in the US and Canada are compliant.
  • Conduct audits, including annual retirement plan audits with external auditors, and ensure adherence to ERISA, DOL, ACA, and IRS regulations.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and enhance current processes and develop new interfaces.
  • Stay current with US and local legislative changes and manage ACA reporting.
  • Oversee the purchase order and invoicing process for Total Rewards.
  • Work closely with the internal communications team to manage plan changes, prepare and review communications, and drive annual open enrollment and benefit fairs.
  • Provide educational presentations to colleagues and address escalated employee benefits issues.
  • Ensure timely filing of all DOL reports.
  • 2-5 years of relevant benefits experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Well-organized with good time and project management skills to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn provider systems and internal HCM.
