Under the supervision of the Benefits Supervisor, the Benefits Analyst reconciles benefits data to ensure accuracy and alignment between benefits enrollments, payroll deductions, and vendor invoicing. This role involves performing regular audits, resolving discrepancies, and working closely with payroll, finance, and benefits vendors to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Benefits Analyst generates and analyzes reports related to benefits costs and enrollments, providing critical support for decision-making and financial planning.
