About The Position

As a Benefits Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping and maintaining Laserfiche's total rewards programs. From managing day-to-day benefits operations (like enrollments, audits, and vendor relationships) to ensuring compliance and supporting strategic plan design, you'll be the go-to expert for all things benefits. This role also gives you the opportunity to analyze trends, lead compliance initiatives, and create clear and engaging communication tools that help employees understand and maximize their benefits.
