Job Description Summary: The Benefits Analyst 2 must have professional knowledge and several years of experience working with a wide variety of benefit plans and programs. Responsible for managing and administering all aspects of employee leave programs, including federal, state, and company-specific policies. This role ensures compliance with applicable laws (FMLA, ADA, PFML, USERRA, Workers Compensation and state-specific regulations) and provides expert guidance to employees and managers throughout the leave process. Serves as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex leave cases. Current compliance knowledge of state and federal legislation is required (i.e. ACA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, USERRA, etc.). Also must have knowledge of the administration of health, dental, vision, FSA accounts, life, AD&D, disability, retirement plans and other voluntary benefit programs.
