We're Looking For: We are seeking a Benefits Analyst with experience in benefits administration and employee support. You will be part of a Benefits team responsible for the successful administration and communication of our company's benefits programs. You will be involved in employee benefits enrollment, change management, and issue resolution. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in data analysis, process improvement, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in benefits administration. You Are: Organized: You effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented: You ensure accuracy in data entry, reporting, and compliance filings. Service-minded: You provide excellent customer service to employees, addressing their benefit inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Collaborative: You work effectively with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals. Proactive: You anticipate potential issues and take the initiative to resolve them before they become problems. Compliance-Driven. You are focused on maintaining compliance through your experience with ACA to include monitoring for eligibility, managing offers of coverage, and ensuring timely 1094-C/1095-C filings.
