About The Position

The Benefits Analyst at Arch Capital Group Ltd. is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company's employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and serving as a liaison between employees and benefit providers. This role is crucial in helping employees understand and maximize their benefits, while also conducting audits and analyzing data to enhance program efficiency and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience administering employee benefits programs.
• Experience in HR or related fields preferred.
• Management of internal HR and employee benefit programs.
• Experience in a multinational or global organization preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Professional certifications such as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer Employee Benefits Programs including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and wellness programs.
• Facilitate new hire and annual open enrollment processes, providing education on benefits options.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to employee benefits.
• Handle employee inquiries related to claims, coverage, and policy interpretation.
• Conduct audits of benefits programs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee benefits records and generate reports as required.
• Provide ongoing support to employees regarding their benefits options and coverage.
• Analyze the cost and utilization of benefits programs, recommending changes for efficiency and satisfaction.
• Coordinate employee leaves of absence and ensure proper documentation and benefit continuation.
• Support global wellbeing strategy.
