About The Position
Trek is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration, a deep understanding of employee benefits programs, and excellent analytical skills. The Benefits Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation, communication, and administration of our employee benefits programs in the US and Canada.
