In the role of Benefits Analyst working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin you will be part of the North American Benefits team. The person will be responsible for overseeing the administration of all company-sponsored benefits plans and programs. The position is considered a key resource both internally and externally to resolve benefit-related issues and questions. This position will have direct interaction with employees, retirees, HRBPs and other internal stakeholders to ensure all aspects of benefit administration and support during the employment lifecycle move smoothly. Responsibilities include working with external vendors, consultants, as well as assisting employees & internal partners with questions, and benefits appeals. This position supports labor negotiations and partners with our locations in resolving benefits administration issues and providing support to the Total Rewards team and our leadership as needed.
