About The Position
Darigold is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join the Leave and Benefits team. This role is responsible for designing and administering benefits and wellbeing programs that support all team members. The Benefits Analyst will collaborate with the Senior Manager, Benefits to enhance the total rewards strategy and ensure an exceptional employee experience through accurate and timely delivery of benefits programs.
