About The Position

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Benefits Analyst to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of our employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in an analyst role.
  • Strong understanding of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Knowledge of Leave of Absence management and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits software, with a preference for experience in Dayforce.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.
  • Assist with New Hire Orientations.
  • Support employees with benefits inquiries, claim issues, and plan changes, including the 401(k) Retirement Plan.
  • Process Qualifying Life Events in HRIS.
  • Manage benefits invoices and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of benefit communication strategies, programs, and policies.
  • Support annual Open Enrollment processes.
  • Administer Leaves of Absence in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Support company wellness initiatives.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
