About The Position
Balfour Beatty seeks a Benefits Analyst with leave administration experience to join our team. This individual can be based in Dallas, TX, or Atlanta, GA. This is a hybrid role that allows the selected candidate to work from both the office and home (two days in the office, three from home). Again, extensive LOA experience is required. The Benefits Analyst will partner with internal and external groups to develop, implement, and coordinate benefit plans, leave management administration, programs and procedures for all employees. The Benefits Analyst will display exceptional communication skills to ensure that employees and management have a thorough understanding of the leave management process and procedures, health and welfare programs, costs, and eligibility requirements.
