About The Position

Korn Ferry’s Benefits Team is seeking an experienced Health & Wellbeing Benefits Analyst to support the administration and continuous improvement of our U.S. and global health and welfare programs. This role is ideal for a benefits professional with strong experience supporting medical, dental, vision, life, disability, leave, and/or other wellbeing programs in a complex, multi-vendor environment. This colleague will play a key role in delivering a high-quality employee experience by ensuring accurate plan administration, strong vendor partnerships, regulatory compliance, and clear communication to colleagues across the organization. Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day administration of U.S. health and welfare programs, including: Medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision plans Life insurance, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability plans Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and commuter benefits Tuition Reimbursement and Wellness Incentive Program Coordinate with external vendors, brokers, and consultants to ensure accurate eligibility, enrollments, contributions, and billing Review and audit eligibility files, carrier invoices, and payroll deductions to ensure accuracy and compliance Analyze plan participation, claims, and utilization data to support cost management and program effectiveness Develop, improve, and document processes and tools to ensure accuracy and improve efficiency Serve as a knowledgeable resource for plan participants and internal partners Support Korn Ferry’s Benefits Team with other large and/or analytical projects Open Enrollment & Life Event Support Support annual open enrollment activities, including system configuration, testing, vendor coordination, and employee communications Ensure timely and accurate processing of life event changes in partnership with HR Operations and Payroll teams Respond to complex employee inquiries and serve as a knowledgeable resource on health and welfare plan provisions Compliance & Governance Support compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations Assist with preparation and review of required filings and notices, including SPD/SMMs, Form 5500 schedules, and ACA reporting Support annual benefit plan audits by providing documentation, data validation, and internal control support Vendor & Program Management Partner with benefits vendors to resolve escalated issues and drive service improvements Support implementation of new health and welfare programs, vendor transitions, and plan design changes Participate in global benefits initiatives as needed, coordinating with regional partners and vendors

Requirements

  • Health & Welfare Benefits Administration
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and wellbeing programs
  • ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and related regulatory requirements
  • Vendor management and benefits administration systems
  • Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
  • Action-oriented with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills , with a knack for communicating complex information to colleagues of all levels and backgrounds
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Commitment to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and workflows
  • Collaborative team-player who also takes ownership of individual projects
  • Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of progressive experience in health & welfare benefits administration preferred

Responsibilities
