About The Position
As an IBM Benefits Analyst - Communications Specialist, you will be a reliable and trusted resource for analyzing and executing on core delivery activities for enterprise health and wellness benefits programs. We seek a growth-oriented professional with a positive attitude who will support essential and innovative IBM HR benefits programs that promote enhanced employee experience, anticipate workforce needs, and align with the IBM business landscape. Benefits activities executed through this role include benefits communications, benefits design analysis, and related reporting. This role will be responsible for benefit communications, strategy, content, and execution for North America. This role will also partner with Benefits Associate colleagues to co-deliver on projects and initiatives across the North America Health Benefits organization.
