About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring Benefits Consultants for a remote position that involves meeting with clients virtually to help them select supplemental insurance benefits. All meetings are pre-set, with no cold calling or outbound selling required.
Requirements
- Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Great communication skills
- Driven to succeed and grow
- Comfortable with Zoom and CRM platforms
Responsibilities
- Conduct Zoom appointments with clients
- Present and explain benefit options
- Provide enrollment support and post-enrollment care
- Log detailed client records
- Join weekly training calls
