As a dedicated Benefits Advisor Senior, you are responsible for the design, implementation, evaluation and ongoing administration of benefit plans, programs, and services to support employee benefits, focused on mental health and well-being programs. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to build innovative strategies that support employees' psychological well-being and drive engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of employee benefits, mental health resources, and industry best practices to shape a proactive and supportive benefits strategy. Ensures alignment with the total rewards philosophy and HR strategy. Will be responsible for project planning and effective delivery of wellness programs, using tools like Power Point to communicate sophisticated ideas clearly and persuasively.
