The Benefits Administrator, acting as a part of the People and Culture Benefits team, is an individual contributor that administers and communicates Jack Henry's benefits programs regarding plan options, policy features and enrollment. This position will specifically focus on administration of the company's workers' compensation program. The salary range for this position will be $42,339 - $58,000 but could vary based on experience and location. This is a remote position however, candidates must be located in the Allen, TX, Louisville, KY, Monett, MO or Springfield, MO metro areas.
