About The Position

Allan Myers is looking for an organized, detail-oriented administrator to support our Benefits department. As a member of this fast-paced team you will communicate and interact with many people across the company and contribute to meaningful initiatives.

Requirements

  • GED/High School diploma required
  • 0-2 years experience in a similar role preferred
  • Very experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (proficient and efficient)
  • Ability to learn new technology systems required
  • Experience working in a position that required attention to detail, flexibility, and a high degree of organization
  • Must represent Allan Myers internally and externally in a positive, professional and friendly manner
  • Valid Driver's License required

Responsibilities

  • Work with Wellness Coaches regarding Wellworks, challenges lunch & learns, innovative ideas that we can roll out within our Wellness Program
  • Handle weekly wellness/benefit reporting
  • Complete Employment Verifications
  • Assist with Biometric Screening set up
  • Assist employees with benefit inquiries
  • Support benefit administration
  • Provide back up for Drug Testing Program
  • Help with Wellness Ground Crew coordination
  • Handle unemployment claims for shared services employees
