About The Position
The Benefits Administrator is responsible for executing the day-to-day operations of group benefit and retirement programs. This position includes cross-functional management of projects including data analysis and supporting and maintaining benefits and payroll reporting tasks. The Benefits Administrator will work closely with internal teams to ensure appropriate legal compliance and company policy adherence. Additionally, this position serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in benefits and retirement, possessing a fundamental knowledge of payroll concepts, practices, and procedures, along with strong analytical and mathematical aptitude.
