Arthrex’s Human Resources team has an opportunity at our Naples campus for a Benefits Administrator III position. This position will assist with the administration of benefits for Florida, California and Canada campuses. The Benefits Administrator III will also assist with the research of new benefits programs, provide recommendations for improving existing programs, and monitor benefits administration for all employees. Excellent communications, technical and analytical skills, four years of benefit administration experience within a corporate Human Resources team and a Bachelor's degree will be essential for this position. Experience in HRIS and MS Office required. Flexibility to travel to campuses is necessary.
