About The Position
The Benefits Specialist provides administrative and technical support for the disability plans, health & welfare, voluntary and other benefit plans offered to Ryder employees. This role emphasizes leave administration and requires Workday experience in Benefits and Payroll. The Benefits Specialist will collaborate closely with HRIS and Payroll departments to support the Benefits Department. The position involves reviewing large data reports, identifying discrepancies, and making updates directly into the Workday Benefits and Payroll systems. This is a remote position, allowing work from home.
