The Benefits Specialist provides administrative and technical support of a responsible and confidential nature for the disability plans, health & welfare, voluntary and other benefit plans offered to Ryder employees. Special emphasis is placed on leave administration, including managing the leave process. The role requires Workday experience in Benefits and Payroll to effectively perform the job. The Benefits Specialist will work closely with HRIS and Payroll departments to support the Benefits Department. Experience in reviewing large data reports, identifying discrepancies, and making updates directly into the Workday Benefits and Payroll systems is essential.
