About The Position
The Benefit Specialist II at HCSC is responsible for providing comprehensive support to account employees, management representatives, and union benefits representatives regarding claims, inquiries, and benefit levels. This role involves tracking and reporting on claims and new group implementations, acting as a liaison between groups and internal departments, and serving as a consultative advisor to Sales & Account Managers.
