Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist customers/beneficiaries with the application process for Medicaid benefits.
• Gather, review, and investigate beneficiary information to determine eligibility for Medicaid.
• Accurately enter client data into the computer system.
• Read and comprehend the Medicaid policy manual and maintain a working knowledge of policies and programs.
• Stay updated on policy changes and updates.
• Address client questions and concerns via phone or in-person.
• Assist in training new office staff members.
• Maintain timely management of assigned applications and caseloads.
