About The Position

National Benefits Administration supports all benefit configuration, supports benefit policy work nationally, custom benefit design and Private Exchange plan approvals, and is accountable for Summary of Benefit Coverage and Evidence of Coverage productions, as well as, supporting national metrics and reporting across functions. The Consultant III position is part of the Benefits Configuration Team who works to support cyclical and ongoing medical coding changes which affect claims processed in the Epic/Tapestry platform for the CA Market. This position will work independently and as part of a team to leverage analytical and critical thinking skills to analyze requirements, build configuration changes, and support the implementation of changes to the Tapestry Claims System. The Consultant III will also collaborate across teams within Benefits Administration to support this work and end to end solutioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and Minimum three (3) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.
  • Masters degree in Business, Public Health, or a directly related field and Minimum one (1) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.
  • Minimum six (6) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.

Responsibilities
