We are currently seeking a Benefit Analyst to join our Employee Benefits team. You’ll primarily be responsible for providing a critical role in maintaining client relationships. The Benefit Analyst works collaboratively with the Producers and Account Managers to manage an assigned book of business. The Benefit Analyst primarily provides medical plan marketing services, claims experience reporting, budget projection analysis, and technical support that requires a thorough understanding of employee benefits, the ability to think critically to provide strategic direction, application of advanced math and Excel skills and the ability to establish and maintain collaborative internal and external relationships.
